TECHNICAL DIRECTOR – Lenepwha

LENEPWHA seeks an accomplished, visionary and results-driven Technical Director to provide overall strategic, technical, programmatic and Monitoring & Evaluation leadership for its GHSD portfolio. This is a senior leadership position responsible for ensuring that LENEPWHA’s GHSD interventions are technically sound, evidence-driven, data-led, integrated, measurable and aligned with Ministry of Health priorities and donor expectations. The Technical Director will serve as the organization’s principal technical authority for the project, bridging strategy, program implementation and M&E, translating performance data into corrective action, and ensuring that investments at facility and community levels deliver measurable health outcomes. The position will also represent LENEPWHA in high-level technical and strategic engagements with the Ministry of Health, EGPAF, development partners and other stakeholders, including national discussions on social contracting, localization, sustainability and institutionalization of community-led health services.
