Key Responsibilities
- Types Notice Papers, Order papers and Minutes of proceedings of the House.
- Supervises the reproduction and distribution of all procedural documents.
- Liaises with Clerks at the Table on the Business of the House.
- Prepares all documents required to be used in the House.
- Keeps record of the division lists, deferred and answered questions, motions, Amendments to Bills and ministerial statements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies from a recognized institution plus (4) four years working experience in parliamentary procedures.
- 50wpm typing speed.
- Computer literacy.
- Willingness to work beyond normal working hours.
