The Christian Health Association of Lesotho (CHAL) is a non-governmental organization that coordinates and supports faith-based health services across Lesotho. It represents a network of church-affiliated health facilities, including hospitals and clinics, that provide essential medical care to communities throughout the Mountain Kingdom. CHAL works in partnership with the Government of Lesotho and international donors to deliver primary healthcare, HIV/AIDS treatment, maternal and child health services, and disease prevention programs. The organization plays a significant role in Lesotho’s healthcare system, particularly in rural areas where its member facilities serve as critical access points for medical services.
