Key Responsibilities

Processing invoices and recording payments and other financial transactions.
Maintaining accurate ledgers and preparing journal entries.
Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
Preparing financial statements and regular reports for management.

Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Strong general accounting skills, including ledger management, journal entries and reconciliations.
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow monitoring.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
Knowledge of local tax regulations, compliance requirements and relevant accounting standards.
Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial matters to colleagues without a finance background.
The ability to work on-site in Maseru, manage competing deadlines and maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
