The Carpenter reports to the Facilities Coordinator He/She is responsible for fixing and repairs of all carpentry fittings and fixtures to the rental estates and other properties belonging or Managed by the Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
- He/she will be answerable to the Facilities Coordinator
- He/she will be expected to do all carpentry works and other related works for all properties under the Corporation’s management.
- He/she will be expected to prepare specifications and supervise maintenance works undertaken by the private contractors.
- He/she will be expected to supervise the Private/Casual Painters, and Builders
- He/she will be expected to assist in preparing budgets for all carpentry and other related works.
- He will be expected to undertake other duties which may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma in Carpentry plus five (5) years’ relevant working experience
- OR
- Certificate in Carpentry plus ten (10) years’ practical experience with proven acquired carpentry and other related technical skills.
