KKMJV has been appointed by the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) to construct the 38KM water transfer tunnel connecting Polihali Dam to the Katse Reservoir as part of the Phase II of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP II). Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Civil Engineering. Project Management
- More than 5 years of on-site contract management experience in engineering projects with proficient application of FIDIC contract, Rich practical experience in FIDIC-based project variation verification, claim data sorting. claim document compilation and negotiation support.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Counselling Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or a related field from a recognised institution
- Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience practising as a counsellor, psychologist, or employee wellness professional.
- Experience in providing counselling. psychological support, trauma counselling. employee wellness services, and workplace-related psychosocial interventions would be advantageous.
