Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of district workplans, activity schedules and coordination arrangements.
- Coordinate Programme delivery across DHMTs, health facilities, community teams, local structures and implementation partners.
- Oversee integrated HIV, TB and sexual and reproductive health interventions at community and facility levels.
- Conduct routine monitoring and supportive-supervision visits, identify implementation gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
- Work with M&E staff to monitor district performance, improve data quality and ensure timely submission of reports and evidence.
- Facilitate district review meetings and support data verification, compliance reviews, audits and learning sessions.
- Document achievements, success stories, lessons, innovations and good practices.
- Mentor district staff, facility teams and community implementers and promote accountability, teamwork and safeguarding.
- Represent the Programme in district technical working groups and stakeholder coordination forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Development Studies, Social Sciences or any other related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in health or development Programme coordination or district-level Project implementation.
- Experience working with District Health Management Teams (DHMTs) and facilities.
- Experience working in NGOs or CBOs or CSOs.
- Experience working with community structures.
- Knowledge of HIV, TB, SRHR or community-based programming.
