Key Responsibilities

  • Daily routine cleaning: Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors, surfaces, hallways, stairwells, and offices.
  • Sanitation and restrooms: Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and break rooms (sinks, toilets, mirrors, soap dispensers, paper towel holders).
  • Cleaning Procedures, Chemicals and Equipment: Apply appropriate cleaning procedures and demonstrate sound knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment to ensure effective and safe cleaning of designated areas.
  • Waste management: Empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials in designated collection areas.
  • Stock monitoring: Keep track of cleaning products, coffee station consumables, and laundry supplies, reporting low stock levels to management in advance
  • Equipment care: Ensure cleaning equipment and all office appliances are cleaned, properly used, and safely stored daily and reporting any malfunctions or hazards promptly.
  • Coffee machines consumable replenishment: Regularly monitor and restock coffee machines throughout the day.
  • Coffee area upkeep: Wipe down countertops and spill areas continuously to maintain a hygienic and presentable coffee area.
  • Refreshment Setup: Prepare and arrange tea, coffee, water, catering platters, and refreshments in meeting rooms prior to scheduled events.
  • Service during meetings: Provide discrete refreshment refills or assistance during long sessions as requested.
  • Washing and drying: Facilitate wash and dry and proper storage of tablecloths and dish towels.
  • Tableware stock taking and audits: Conduct monthly physical counts of all cups, mugs, glassware, plates, and cutlery across break rooms, coffee stations, meeting rooms, and storage areas.
  • Table ware safe storage and handling: Ensure all cups and tableware are safely handled, organized, washed, and stored in designated cabinets to prevent breakage, contamination, or loss.
  • Tableware stock reporting: prepare and submit monthly Inventory reports to management detailing current stock levels, damaged or broken items, shortages, and reordering recommendations.
  • Fresh flowers receiving and quality checks: Receive fresh flower deliveries, inspect their condition upon arrival, and submit immediate reports to management regarding flower fresh/quality status or delivery discrepancies.
  • Inspect vases and floral containers upon receipt and during daily routines for cracks, chips, or leaks; and immediately report safety hazards to supervisors.
  • Flower arrangement and placement: Place flower arrangements neatly in designated reception areas, meeting rooms, executive offices, and common spaces.
  • Flower daily care and maintenance: Prune wilted leaves/petals, trim stems as needed, change vase water, and ensure flowers are watered daily to keep arrangements fresh, healthy, and visually appealing
