Key Responsibilities
- Participate in an inception meeting with WFP and IACoV II key stakeholders.
- Refine the methodology, workplan, and deliverables.
- Submit an inception report with a finalized approach and tools.
- Conduct desk reviews of WFP strategies, systems, evaluations, and KM initiatives.
- Map existing KM practices, workflows, communities of practice, and digital platforms.
- Conduct interviews, survey, and focus groups with WFP staff at all levels.
- Benchmark KM approaches from other UN agencies.
- Define the vision, mission, and strategic pillars of KM for WFP.
