At least five years of experience in program coordination within the health or development sector is commonly expected.

What are the typical day-to-day responsibilities of a Senior Program Officer at an HIV/AIDS network?

You will oversee program implementation, coordinate with district health teams and community partners, and ensure timely reporting to donors. You will also contribute to proposal development and budget management for ongoing and new initiatives.

How does workplace culture in Lesotho's NGO sector affect expectations for this role?

Lesotho's NGO sector values strong community relationships and respect for hierarchical structures, so building trust with local leaders and government counterparts is essential.
