Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in completing service application forms.
- Register the forms and forward them to the Credit Control Department for credit arrangement.
- Receive feedback from the relevant departments and communicate it to customers.
- Create Business Partners, Connection Objects and update customer statues in SAP.
- Keep record of application for survey and for service connection.
- Receive surveyed quotations and inform customers.
- Register customer queries, faults and complaints in the OS Ticketing system and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with third party agents on customer queries, complaints and service related matters.
- Create and maintain customers credit accounts.
- Assist customers in filling and submitting credit application forms.
- Verify customer information and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy before account creation
- Reconcile customer accounts prior to payment processing to ensure account accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Process and issue temper resets, key changes and clear resets.
- Safeguard and issue petty cash in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve customer complaints in accordance with established procedures
- Capture information from meter advice forms into the relevant system.

Requirements
- BComm Accounting/ BA Economics/ Business Studies.
- Two years experience in a customer care environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages and SAP.
- Highly numerate and good reporting skills
- Valid driver’s license.
