Key Responsibilities

  • Register new customers in the Suprima system, ensuring all required information and supporting documents are accurately captured.
  • Update and maintain all customers information in the Suprima system.
  • Close customers accounts in the Suprima System upon termination of service.
  • Fill meter advice forms and general documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information at all times
  • Complete and process meter advice forms accurately for new installations, meter replacements, disconnections etc.
  • Assist other operators e.g Payment Clerks or Customer Consultants concerning registration of meters.
  • Receive and attend customer queries, complaints and service requests relating to suprima vending system.
  • Issue maintenance tokens to facilitate temper resets, clear credit codes, power limits and key changes.
  • Attend and respond to telephonic requests from technical field personnel.
  • Process all customer refund applications in accordance with prepayment policies.
  • Verify refund requests by reviewing customer accounts, payment records and supporting documentation.
  • Process and maintain refunds record.
  • Compile daily registration reports.
  • Provide requested reports from the suprima system for internal and external customers

Requirements

  • BComm Accounting or General Accounting.
  • Two years experience in a customer care environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages and SAP
  • Highly numerate and good reporting skills
  • Valid driver’s license.
