Key Responsibilities
- The GHSD Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the GHSD Project within CHAL. - Masters Degree in any of the following: Public Health, Health Services Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Nursing or any related field.
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in managing or coordinating health programmes, preferably donor-funded programmes.
- Demonstrated experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working with health facilities.
- Experience in budget monitoring and financial management.
- Experience working with donor-funded programmes and/or international development partners.
- Good understanding of health systems and programme implementation in Lesotho.
- Knowledge of basic project management tools is an added advantage.
